Collecting Fever is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Additional services such as signature confirmation, extra insurance, and special handling must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order by contacting us directly.
Requests made after this window may not be accommodated and are subject to availability.

Returns & Refunds

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it is in the same condition as originally shipped.
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, minor variations in surface, edges, corners, or centering may occur and are not considered defects if clearly visible in the listing images.
